Lead Time Update

Vendors were extending the lead time for a product and this information was not getting stored within ERP
No way for vendors to access system and update lead time data
If the changes were severe they needed to be approved or re-negotiated, and this process was time consuming with no central storage

Composite Application which allows Vendors to easily upload a spreadsheet of all lead time changes into one central place
An automated process checks the updates against various rules and updates ERP with the new information
If any of the rules are broken a manager can easily log on and view all items which broke the rules
Negotiation process is handled quickly and changes can be put into the ERP system
