Challenges

• Data for sales information and information on purchases made to fulfil sales were kept in different systems
• No link was made between these systems
• To ensure that all purchases made were charged back to the correct sale, a link was required

• All required assets to fulfil an order are listed together, along with the purchase orders
• The delivery schedule for these orders is also handled in the application to ensure ERP is always in sync
